Hotel Room Registration is available through May 15, 2019 BUT ONLY IF ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE.

You may cancel up to 3 days prior WITH NO FEE so we would encourage you to book your room TODAY.  Please call the hotel at 1-800-325-3535 and ask for the Rhea Lana’s 2018 Annual Owner’s Conference rate or use this customized reservation link HERE. The hotel is directly across the street from the Chesapeake Energy Arena where the OKC Thunder play.  There is a chance that they will be playing that weekend so please don’t delay in reserving your rooms.  Again, you can cancel up to 3 days prior with NO fee.

While airport transportation is not offered by the hotel, you will not need a car during the conference. There are several restaurants and activities within walking distance of the hotel. We suggest Uber or Taxi from the airport and have estimated the Uber cost at around $14.
